Extra Spam Checker Plugin for WP eBay Product Feeds

Description

This plugin hooks into WP eBay Product Feeds and adds on a bit more spam production using external servers to analyse traffic and determine if the traffic is spam. If it is then we will block it.

This is in combination with the current spam protections already in the plugin, and we've been using this with some of our most heavy users to help lower the amount of calls the plugin would use at one time.

Installation

Due to the nature of this plugin we're unable to offer it in the WordPress repository (the plugin pings a spam checking server which isn't allowed in WordPress), so we've had to put it on Github. The instructions to install it are below.

  1. Download the plugin from the link below.
  2. Upload the unzipped plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory using FTP or use the Add New > Upload Plugin feature.
  3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
